Job Description:
We’re looking for Solutions Engineering Intern who is ready to join and learn from our high-energy Solutions team.
If you are somebody who’ll enjoy working in a client-facing role and also enjoy solving technical problems that the clients are facing (using Javascript, HTML, and CSS), then this is the role for you!
This is a post-sales strategic role where you will be a trusted consultant to our customers and you will help drive onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Whatfix products. It entails client engagement, content creation, writing code, and collaboration with internal teams to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Requirement Skills:
For you to succeed in the role, you must be excellent in:
1. Javascript, HTML & CSS, API Integrations (having worked on multiple personal projects will be a plus)
2. English communication - articulation, grammar and brevity when needed, etc.
3. Business acumen
